CRMunicipal is the First CRM system of its kind, designed and built for cities and towns everywhere. “Constituent Relations Management” (the “CRM” in our name) is an important part of every city and town's daily work, and CRMunicipal is built around that concept. The system doesn't stop there, though. Budget season, the work of Finance Committees, Department Heads and Town Accountants, and the general development of shared policy planning are as integral to a city and town's regular work as is the daily management of town affairs. CRMunicipal is built to facilitate that shared work as well.

After a modest initial set up fee, accounts in CRMunicipal will come in tiers, with each tier including up to 10 users. A town or city will be able to determine which departments should be included in the use of this valuable management tool, and how far to drill down in each department the use of the system will extend. A very reasonable annual fee per tier makes even a town-wide deployment of CRMunicipal very economical. As a web-based management tool, there is no software to download, and no hardware requirements to meet, making it accessible from any computer with an Internet connection, and the proper user name and password credentials.

If you're deep into a task and don't want to be disturbed, you can even mark yourself as “Away” temporarily, just as you do with your regular IM client. The Global Calendar is managed by the system administrator, but it
is possible to deploy individual calendars to any Town Department. Calendar event entries can be copied to any other calendar, including the Global Calendar with a simple click. The system administrator
can decide who has access to the calendars, also - - to view,
to edit.

As documents are developed for your Project, upload them to CRMunicipal's Shared Files feature or create them online using our advanced RTF editor interface. All Team Members have access to all Shared Files, ensuring that everyone is always on the same page no matter where they may be seated - - in or out of the office.

All of your Active Projects are presented upon login on your Home Page. If a New Task has been assigned, it will appear to alert you. The same is true for New Documents/Files associated with a Project. Projects are listed by Due Date, and Team Members on each Project, as well as billable time logged on each task, are noted.
